we started this hike from Many Glacier and planned only going to Bullhead Lake. However, because we found it too short, we continued with the Swiftcurrent Pass Switchbacks. We got such amazing views that we decided to continu to the top of the Swiftcurrent Pass.
Took my brother in law Larry out to Six Mile Creek for a Sunday paddle. After a long hot week with some of hurricane Arthur passing us by. We paddle Six Mile Creek under clear blue skies clear weather, and a welcome break in humidity. I wanted to go as far as we could and we did.
July 4, 2014Missy and I took the first ride of the year. She had never experienced the Valley Park trail winding around the Meramec River and over to Simpson Park Lake. The weather was unseasonably cool at 78 degrees and no humidity.
Up Crystal Springs Trail to Summit Springs Rd to Skyline Trail. Down Archery Fire Road to Kings Mountain Archery Range/course. Archery fire Road is unpleasant and steep. Back on Deans trail.
An interesting trip , which developed as it went along . The broad premise was to go up via Crowden Clough , and head initially for the Downfall via Kinder Gates . The rest would be largely dependent on how the going was .Ascending the clough it was soon obvious that very little water was coming down it .

Took Robert's foldie on a 40km Sunday evening ride to Baywalk and MOA. Missed the sunset show but found a new Pares place. I can't believe myself saying it but I'm beginning to wrap my head around the love affair with the foldie.
Just a four hour tour of Saint Augustine intra-coastal by boat ending at the Matanzas beach area. Rented a pontoon boat from Vilano Beach, captained by Jari Steinborn and first mate Nicole. We cruised the area around old Saint Augustine and headed south to Matanzaz Inlet passing several pods of dolphins and Fort Matanzas.
