Walk from the parking area near Devil's Pulpit to the summit of Mt. Diablo and then on the Fire Interpretive Trail on a loop around the summit area before returning to the car.
615 Cyclery shop ride with the B2 group. Starting from the Blackhawk shopping center we headed out Camino Tassajara to Highland and then took Collier Canyon into Livermore. Heading south on Isabel we turned left to ride through the Kalthoff part of Ruby Hills, had a RR/rest stop at Sycamore Park and rode north through town and out N. Livermore Ave.
Valley Spokesmen and Grizzly Peak club ride starting at the Pleasanton side of the W. Dublin BART station and heading south to Sunol before continuing on Calaveras Rd. past the reservoir. Our return took us back to Sunol for a snack stop at the RR Cafe and from there I took Pleasanton-Sunol rd. back to town and Stoneridge Mall.
Outing of Wilma's group of Wednesday Hikers in Briones Regional Park. We started at the Bear Creek Staging Area and took the Abrigo Valley, Lagoon, Toyon Canyon, and Pine Tree trails to our refreshment stop at the end of the paved portion of Briones Rd. Our return was via the Briones Road trail back to the start.
Valley Spokesmen club ride in the Escalon area. This was our 'Progressive Dinner' ride where we head out for a loop ride and return for a first course of soup, then head out again and return for the salad and main (lasagna) course, and finally do a third loop followed by dessert.
Valley Spokesmen out-and-back bike ride from the intersection of Mt. Hamilton and Alum Rock rds. in San Jose to the summit of Mt. Hamilton (4200') and site of Lick Observatory.
Valley Spokesmen club ride held on the first Sunday of each month. Starting at San Ramon's Central Park we head out to the north side of Livermore for our first Starbucks stop on Vasco Rd. We then continue around the eastern outskirts of town and loop around to the south side where we have our second Starbucks stop on Vineyard Ave.
Valley Spokesmen club ride on Halloween (with a few members dressing up for the occasion). Starting at Waterfront Park in Martinez we rode across the Benicia bridge and continued through Fairfield to Winters. After a stop there at Steady Eddy's, we rode on to the Amtrak station in Davis and took the train back to Martinez.

Valley Spokesmen club ride starting at San Ramon Central Park and heading over Dublin Grade to Castro Valley. We then rode up Cull Canyon Rd. to its end before heading back. I took a slightly different route back over Crow Canyon.
