Bless me mother earth I have a confession to make it's been nearly six months since my last kayak. And an extraordinarily hot summer pluis family pressures and life issues kept me off the water. Today I made it to church an paddled with many turtles, one hawk, an osprey, 2 pileated woodpecker and several Kingfisher.

Tri-City Cyclist club ride starting out along the Saginaw Valley Rail-Trail and heading to St. Charles. We continued about 5 miles south of town on roads before returning. Note that my iPhone quit on the way back so the track here is missing about the last 10 miles. But the ride was out-and-back so it's easy to see where we went on the way back.
Club ride of the ROMEO group of the Tri-City Cyclists starting at Sanford and riding through forest and farmland north of Midland before heading into town for breakfast at Shirlene's Café.

Ride with the ROMEO group of the Tri-City Cyclists of Midland, Michigan starting in Homer Township west of Midland and riding south to Merrill. We stopped to eat at Tony's Restaurant before returning on the same route.

Outing of the East Bay Casual Hikers in Redwood Regional Park. Starting at the Fish Ladder we took the Golden Spike, Dunn, Serpentine, back to Dunn, Bacchardis, West Ridge, Orchard, and Bridle trails. This was the medium option of three routes offered.

Valley Spokesmen club ride starting from Shannon Ctr. in Dublin and heading out to Livermore. There were two official routes with the longer one going out to Cross rd. while the shorter route went through the east side of town. A few of us opted for something in between and took Vasco rd. south.
