Valley Spokesmen ride held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from the Dublin location of Livermore Cyclery with varying routes. Today we headed up to Alamo for a stop at Peet's Coffee in the Plaza shopping center.

Valley Spokesmen club ride held on the 1st Sunday of each month. The ride starts at San Ramon's Central Park and heads out north of Livermore with a stop at the Starbucks on Vasco. We then continue east of town before heading south and have a second Starbucks stop on Vineyard before continuing into Pleasanton. The last part of the ride was back along the Iron Horse trail.

Valley Spokesmen club ride starting at Diablo Vista Park and heading through downtown Danville and then north to Pleasant Hill and Martinez. Alhambra Valley road took us up 'Pig Farm' hill (although there haven't been any pigs for decades) and to Bear Creek Rd past Briones Rsvr. and up and over the '3 Bears' before dropping down to Orinda for our refreshment stop at Theater Square.

Hike in the northern end of Garin Park in Hayward. We started at the trailhead on Zeile Creek Rd. and headed down to the main park entrance and farm where we had our refreshment stop by the pond. We returned on a loop slightly to the east which took us to the top of Garin hill and then continued on an unofficial trail back to the start.

A perfect morning for one of the hiking jewels of Table Mountain. An exciting assent to the to the top up the "Three Firs" route was followed by an excursion into the depths  of Tranquility Cracks and breakfast on the balcony overlooking Camps Bay and Lion's head. We descended back to the Pipe Track via Corridor Ravine after which the new NASSPies headed for lunch on the beach front.

Outing of the East Bay Casual Hikers in the Lake Chabot area. Starting at Marciel Gate on Redwood Rd. we took the Cottontail tr. down to the stone bridge and then continued on the Cascade and Columbine trails.

Valley Spokesmen club ride starting in San Ramon and heading up the Blvd. toward Lafayette. From there we went west to Orinda with a refreshment stop at Starbucks before continuing on to Moraga. Then it was back to Lafayette and returning the same way we came.

Valley Spokesmen club ride held every other Wednesday leaving from San Ramon Central Park and heading up to the Mt. Diablo Junction before dropping down to Walnut Creek and returning along the Blvd.

Valley Spokesmen club ride starting at Crank-2 bike shop in south Pleasanton and heading out Calaveras Rd. to the reservoir. The ride continued from there to Ed Levin Park and then took Piedmont to Sierra Rd. to make a loop to Felter and back to Calaveras. I went partway up Sierra and had some mech.
