Valley Spokesmen club ride held on the 1st Sunday of each month starting at San Ramon Central Park. We headed out north of Livermore and had a refreshment stop at the Starbucks on Vasco Rd. After that the group split up with some heading over Carrol and the Flynns while others (incl. me) went down Greenville to Tesla avoiding the extra hills. We returned along Vineyard Ave.
Valley Spokesmen club ride held on odd-numbered Fridays starting at San Ramon's Central Park. Today we started out heading south into Dublin before turning north and taking the Blvd. up to the south edge of Walnut Creek. From there we took the Iron Horse trail back to Danville for a refreshment break at La Boulange before returning to the start.
Outing of the Pleasanton Pedalers on a ride starting at the Sycamore Ave. and I-680 Park&Ride in Danville (a departure from their usual Pleasanton Senior Center location). We took the Iron Horse trail up to Walnut Creek and then took a few local roads to connect with the Lafayette-Moraga trail which took us to our refreshment stop at the Ranch House in Moraga.
Valley Spokesmen club ride held every other Wednesday starting at San Ramon Central Park and heading up to the Junction Ranger Station on Mt. Diablo before dropping down the north side into Walnut Creek. After a refreshment break at Sweet Affair bakery we return on a flatter route - mainly along the Danville/San Ramon Valley Blvd.

Valley Spokesmen club ride starting from San Ramon Central Park and heading north through Lafayette to Orinda. After a refreshment break at Theater Square we continued to Moraga with a stop at St. Mary's College before returning through Lafayette and Danville.
Valley Spokesmen club ride starting in San Ramon at the Bollinger Canyon Park&Ride and heading south to Sunol. From there we went down Niles Canyon to Palomares, climbed up and over the hill to Palo Verde and then up Dublin Canyon to the Schaefer Ranch development before dropping down into Dublin and back on the Blvd.

Valley Spokesmen club ride starting at the shopping center at Vasco and Scenic in Livermore and heading over the Altamont Pass to Tracy. The ride was planned to be longer but rain showers started shortly after we started the climb of the Altamont and got heavier as we reached Tracy. Therefore we opted to just ride back instead of touring the farm country north of Tracy and Bethany Reservoir.
Outing of the East Bay Casual Hikers group on the Las Trampas - Mt. Diablo regional trail. We started at Hap Magee park and took the trail to the Macedo Ranch trail head at the north end of Green Valley Rd. The trail winds through various neighborhoods and portions of Park District open space.
