Story
Valley Spokesmen club ride starting from Heather Farm in Walnut Creek and heading over to Moraga Commons and then up Canyon and Pinehurst to Skyline before descending on Tunnel into Berkeley. Our ride through town included stops at Performance Bike Shop and the original Peet's location where we had refreshments before tackling the climb up Spruce to Wildcat Canyon. A landslide on that road required a detour (incl. extra climbing) up Park Hill to Shasta before rejoining Wildcat Canyon near the Brazil House. Descending Wildcat took us to Camino Pablo and into Orinda. From there we took the St. Stephens trail and Hidden Valley into Lafayette and then returned the way we came. The track here also shows my ride from/to home in San Ramon.
