Very strong swell for the past two days in the south and
west of the island with waves as high as 10 meters. Today was a bit perilous
but nevertheless a very nice day for kite surfing. Despite the several warnings
issued by authorities since Friday, thousands of spectators didn’t hesitate to take
unnecessary risks to get very near the shore to enjoy the spectacle.
