This was my first visit to Willard Brook State Forest. Much of my time was spent on a wonderful multi-cache that had me finding 13 waypoints and I'm still not finished!

This forest allows to you sample the feel and character of land much farther west in the state. The park has a bear population that requires the vigilant hiker to be wary, especially in blueberry season.

Many of the trails are not well-marked, but experienced hikers can find their way.
