Story
Valley Spokesmen club ride along the American River Trail that goes from Discovery Park in Sacramento up to Folsom. The trail is all paved with a painted center line and packed dirt/sand along both sides for walkers/runners. We stopped for lunch in Folsom and then returned on the trail.
