A perfect morning for one of the hiking jewels of Table Mountain. An exciting assent to the to the top up the "Three Firs" route was followed by an excursion into the depths  of Tranquility Cracks and breakfast on the balcony overlooking Camps Bay and Lion's head. We descended back to the Pipe Track via Corridor Ravine after which the new NASSPies headed for lunch on the beach front.

Ah Venice, spectacularly beautiful and truly unique. Everyone should visit this amazing city once in their lives and spend several days exploring the narrow streets and getting completely lost. Try and avoid the over-priced tourist eateries and do what the locals do - pop into Venice's bacari for cicheto and ombra (a small glass of wine).

A lovely hike across the mountain, starting with a stroll along the Pipe Track and then making a rapid assent up the Three Firs route.  From the top, we crossed Slangolie ravine and made a detour to the subterranean cracks which shelter a number of ancient yellowood trees, and out onto a marvellous breakfast deck with a magnificent views of Camps Bay and Lion's Head below.
