Valley Spokesmen club ride held on odd-numbered Fridays from San Ramon Central Park and using a variety of routes. Today we headed south to Pleasanton and then over to Livermore on Vineyard Ave. before returning via Jack London/Stoneridge.

Valley Spokesmen club ride starting at the Sycamore Ave. and I-680 Park&Ride lot in Danville and heading north through Alamo and Walnut Creek to Lafayette. We then climbed Reliez Valley rd. on our way to Alhambra Valley and 'Pig Farm' hill. We continued into Pinole where we stopped for refreshments at Peet's before retracing our route back out of town and taking Castro Ranch rd.

Valley Spokesmen club ride starting at the Park&Ride on Bollinger and I-680. We headed south through Pleasanton and then looped through Livermore.

Valley Spokesmen club ride starting at the Ferry Building in San Francisco and heading over the Golden Gate into Sausalito and continuing through Mill Valley, Corte Madera to Larkspur before taking Paradise Drive into Tiburon where we stopped for refreshments. Our return was through Belvidere and Mill Valley and then back the same way we had come out.

Valley Spokesmen club ride starting at San Ramon Central Park and initially heading up Bollinger Canyon to the Las Trampas staging area. After coasting back down we went south to Old Ranch and then north on Dougherty to Crow Canyon and up to Danville via El Capitan, Orange Blossom, Brookside, and Laurel. After a refreshment stop at Peet's we returned on the Blvd.

Outing of the East Bay Casual Hikers. Our route was the Curran Trail, left on Wildcat Gorge Trail, cross over dam to Lake Anza Trail, pass by concession stand and Lake Anza entrance, right onto Selby Trail, Memory Trail, Upper Packrat Trail, Wildcat Creek Trail, Jewel Lake Trail to the Visitor Center stopping to snack/rest.

Outing of the Tuesday U-Turn group starting at the Eckley Pier on Carquinez Scenic Drive. We climbed over the hill into Port Costa and then continued to the top of the Overlook trail before returning to town for our refreshment break by the restaurant near the waterfront. We then returned to the pier and did another out-and-back toward Crockett.

Valley Spokesmen club ride held every Monday and Thursday morning from the Dublin location of Livermore Cyclery and using various routes.

Valley Spokesmen club ride held on the first Sunday of each month starting from San Ramon Central Park. We rode out to north Livermore using Camino Tassajara/Highland/Manning/May School and had our first refreshment stop at the Starbucks on Vasco. From there we continued east up the Altamont to Carrol and Flynn rds. before heading back to town on Patterson Pass Rd.

East Bay Casual Hikers outing starting at the Skyline Staging Area of Redwood Park. We started off on the West Ridge Trail, left on French Trail, left to descend the Chown Trail, and right on Stream Trail to Trail's End for a short snack break.

Valley Spokesmen club ride to celebrate the birthday of one of our members. Starting at San Ramon Central Park we looped a bit to the south before going through the Windemere development and then out Tassajara/Highland/Collier Canyon into Livermore. After a Starbucks stop on Portola we rode through downtown and then through the Kalthoff Commons area before a second Starbucks stop on Vineyard.

Valley Spokesmen club ride starting at Heather Farm park in Walnut Creek and heading over the two bridges across the Carquinez Strait. We rode over 'Pig Farm' hill on our way to Pinole and then turned north to cross the Zampa Bridge into Vallejo.

Valley Spokesmen bike camping ride from the Daly City BART station down the coast to San Gregorio and then heading inland to our campsite in Portola Redwoods Park. Our return was on Alpine and Page Mill rds. to Palo Alto and then over the Dumbarton Bridge to the Union City BART station.

Tuesday U-Turn Hikers outing although I missed the group and may have been ahead of them. We headed down the Whittemore Gulch trail from the north park entrance on Skyline to the south entrance on Purisima Creek Rd. From there we followed the creek on Purisima Creek trail before climbing the Craig Britton trail to the North Ridge trail and back to the start.
